Which airport should guests fly into?

Chania Airport is the closer option, about 44km away (roughly 45 minutes by car). Heraklion Airport is about 55km away (50–60 minutes). If you're staying near Kalyves on the final day, it's about a 25-30 minute drive to Chania or 60 minute drive to Heraklion.

When should guests plan to arrive?

If you're joining us for the full celebration, plan to arrive by Wednesday afternoon — our Welcome Party kicks off Wednesday evening!

How will we get to the wedding venue from our accommodation?

If you are staying near Casa Adele we will have coaches to take everyone to the venue. If you are staying in other areas please let us know. Taxis from Rethymno old town are ~€10–15. Similarly we will have a coach service at 12pm for the return journey.

How do I get to Kalyves for the Beach Party Day?

There are many options Taxi. Bus or you can rent a car. The journey takes approximately an hour depending on traffic and time of day.

Where should guests stay?

Please see our accomodations tab. We will be staying at Casa Adele for the Rethymno based celebrations and then will be moving to Kalyves for the Beach Party. We would encourage guests to do the same as the journey takes roughly an hour and taxis are ~€90 approx.

The Wedding Day is Friday the 24th September 2027.

We know some of you are travelling a long way and the full trip won't work the same for everyone — we're just happy with however much time you are able to spend with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

As much as we'd love to include everyone's favourite person, we're only able to welcome the guests named on your invitation. We hope you understand, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are children invited?

We adore your little ones, but we're only able to welcome children who are specifically named on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
